Founded in 1978, Lim Meng Kee is a Malaysian producer of food products, mainly dried meats and meat floss. From its beginnings as a humble roadside stall along Petaling Street in Kuala Lumpur, it has grown into an established storefront and hotspot for tourists looking to buy souvenirs.
We believe the secret to great food is texture. Therefore, we uphold the highest standards in selecting and processing our ingredients to achieve the perfect taste and mouth feel.
林明记创立于1978年,是马来西亚一家以自家生产肉干与肉丝为主的食品公司。刚成立时只是吉隆坡茨场街的一个小档口,发展至今已设立了店面,也扩展至成为游客购买伴手礼的热门地点。
我们相信食品的质感是满足味蕾的首要关键,因此我们对食材挑选与制作过程都非常严苛,以达到味道与口感的完美搭配。
OUR HISTORY 我们的历史
Lim Meng Kee’s founder started off by selling food on Petaling Street. After learning to barbeque dried meats in the traditional Chinese way, he made it his main business, and in 1978 established the brand Lim Meng Kee. When it started, Lim Meng Kee was just a small stall along Petaling Street. After some years of operation, in 1980 it set up its own storefront with the founder’s son heading the management and development of the business, turning it into a household name. Going on 40 years now, Lim Meng Kee is a popular destination today for tourists to get souvenirs, famous among international visitors.
林明记创办人刚开始在吉隆坡茨场街经营食品买卖,后来拜师学习烤肉干,转向以肉干为主的食品生意,并于1978年自创林明记品牌。刚创业时,林明记只是吉隆坡茨场街的一个小档口,经过多年的经营,才在1980年代设立自己的店面,由儿子接手管理与发展,续后成为闻名的伴手好礼。创立至今约40年,已经扩展至游客购买伴手礼的热门地点,在外国游客中也获得了口碑。

我们相信食品的质感是满足味蕾的首要关键,因此我们对食材挑选与制作过程都非常严苛,以达到味道与口感的完美搭配。细心挑选新鲜的食材,坚持使用火炭的传统方式和人手的烤肉干过程,是我们对质感与口感的坚持。
林明记肉干 炭火烘烧 熏香美味 齿颊留香
以炭火烘烧的肉干,蕴含一股微熏焦香的味道。自1978年起,林明记就以这股在地的炭火熏香滋味,让马来西亚肉干文化世代相传。
林明记始于创办人林亚明的住家后院。在台湾考察学得製作肉干技艺后,他回到马来西亚开始以炭火烘烧原味的猪肉干和鸡肉干,并深得邻里街坊的赞赏, 而激起他在茨厂街摆设肉干档的决心。原味猪肉干和原味鸡肉干自此成为林明记的经典肉干。
林明记由林阿明的儿子林乾胜接手后,于1998年9月在吉隆坡燕美西路(Jalan Barat off Jalan Imbi)设立总店并将之品牌化。此时,林明记以首创的龙虾肉干赢得大众口碑,接着,又推出口味创新的情侣肉干,以及西施肉干、切片肉干、和黑胡椒鸡肉干。7种马来西亚风味的肉干口感细腻,味道醇香,不仅满足了本土嘴巴刁鑽的食客,更深受海外华人旅客的青睐。
自此,林明记总店成了亚洲华人游客必到的“景点”,无论是个体户自由行或旅行团都指定到本店购买肉乾。林明记乘势而上迈入土产界,自马来西亚各地精选土产好物,将总店打造成购买伴手好礼的好去处。
2020年,林嘉健和林嘉森兄弟两成为林明记第三代传人。秉持祖辈童叟无欺的精神,林明记迄今依然精心挑选上乘的香料与卫生猪肉作为原料,且以口感最好的猪肉部位,根据不同肉干品项以完美的搭配、传统制作肉干技艺做出色香味俱全且健康卫生的肉干!这股敬业乐业的精神,使得传统的肉干味儿得以在马来西亚人的味蕾上代代重温。
迄今,燕美西路上的林明记,店前以炭火烘烧的每一片肉干,在梅纳反应下释放出肉香味,皆让人闻香而来!
